During Gamescom this year we didn't actually hear that much from Konami about Pro Evolution Soccer 2018's myClub mode, so we talked to PES' Global Product and Brand Manager Adam Bhatti about this very mode, and he thinks that there's been more of a focus on Legends at the convention.
"Yeah, actually, if I was going to say one criticism that we've had at the show, really, is not really detailing more things like myClub and Master League and actually giving a more visual understanding of what's coming to the mode," he told us. "I think we've been very topline, so myClub coming into PES League, a new scout auction system which is improved from last year, which allows you to sign the players that you want."
"I think the reason why, for myClub, is that we've been focused a lot on Legend players. So just last week we announced David Beckham - long-term deal, exclusive to PES. At the show we announced five Dortmund players and three Liverpool players - Romário, Socrates, Salas, Zamorano. So I think we kind of, maybe, have been focusing on all the big news items and I think we hopefully will be releasing some more information for the fans, the more, you know, like backend systems and the details, that those who really, really love to play myClub will really appreciate."
What do you want to see from myClub this year?
