Golf With Your Friends 2 re-revealed during ID@Xbox showcase

As part of the ID@Xbox showcase, developer Radical Forge and publisher Team17 made an appearance to re-reveal Golf With Your Friends 2, all after the game was first shown to the world in December 2024.

This re-reveal came with a new trailer for the game that presented glimpses at many of the new courses and environments that will be offered, with six unique options promised at launch. Beyond this, there will be new gameplay mechanics and systems, including gravity shifts and traversal twists, all on top of new customisation elements and cosmetics.

Radical Forge also wants the community to make Golf With Your Friends 2 their own, all by serving up a course designer system and the Enhanced Level Editor 2.0 that brings new tools, better precision, and added customisation options.

We're also informed that the game will have a progression element that will reward cosmetics through gameplay in what sure does sound like a battle pass-like system, as it's referred to as a "progression path" and a "free-to-unlock rewards system".
