Holzer Holzer & Fistel LLC, a law firm focused on upholding the rights of investors and stockholders have announced that are launching an investigation into EA and more specifically into their statements leading up to the release of Battlefield 4. The idea, of course, is to launch a class action suit in the end with stockholders who have lost money.

"Holzer Holzer & Fistel, LLC is investigating whether Electronic Arts, Inc. ("EA" or the "Company") (NYSE: EA) and/or certain of its officers complied with the federal securities laws between July 24, 2013 and December 4, 2013. Specifically, the investigation focuses on statements issued during that time regarding the development and sales of the Company's Battlefield 4 video game and the game's impact on EA's revenue and projects moving forward."

Battlefield 4 has had a troubled launch across all formats and DICE are currently hard at work solving the issues that plague the game.

"No one will leave this game disappointed, unless your focus is the single-player mode."
