DICE have had a difficult time since the launch of Battlefield 4 as a number of issues have plagued the user base. Some have been solved, while others are being worked or in the process of being investigated (i.e. DICE need to reproduce the bugs in order to device fix them). In a move to reassure players and bring about transparency DICE's Tommy Rydling has posted a "top issues tracker" on the official forums, a list that basically let's you know the status of an issue and what phase of fixing it's in.

Some of the issues that are in the process of being fixed "Players sometimes get stuck in revive screen", "Bug accounting for a majority of crashes on next-gen/PC", and "Players sometimes get stuck in kill cam after revive ", while other bugs like "Desynchronized game world where objects have different states for different players", "Bug accounting for a large amount of crashes on X360", "Hit markers and crosshairs sometimes disappear (PC)" and the infamous "Sound Loop Crash" are under investigation.
