Cities: Skyline has been a huge success for developer Colossal Order, so it made perfect sense when the developer originally announced that it would be bringing the game to Xbox One, and now we know when it's coming to the platform.

The developer has announced that the game will launch on April 21 for £34.99, alongside the most recent expansion, After Dark. Optimising the game for controller input has been handled externally by developer Tantalus Media.

Pre-orders are now live, and you can catch a trailer below. How does this city simulation compare to others, and is it a good addition to the Xbox One lineup?
