Activision are outdoing themselves when it comes to special editions. Last year we saw the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Prestige Edition with its night goggles, and this year there is the Call of Duty: Black Ops Prestige Edition that comes with an RC-XD Surveillance Vehicle. The radio controlled car comes equipped with a camera (ideal for infiltrating strongholds such as the girl's locker room and candy stores, we hear) for your surveillance needs. It can transmit image and audio to the operator from a distance of 200 feet. The vehicle has been inspired by a vehicle in the Black Ops multiplayer mode.
Apart from the RC vehicle the Call of Duty: Black Ops Prestige Edition also includes all the goodies found in the Hardened Edition. The Hardened Edition includes "a custom Black Ops limited edition medal, exclusive Black Ops Avatar outfit, as well as four playable cooperative maps".
Call of Duty: Black Ops is due out on November 9.
