Activision has unveiled a new trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, in the process lifting the lid on the new Zombies mode heading to the shooter when it launches later this year.

Jeff Goldblum, Heather Graham, Neal McDonough, Ron Perlman, and Robert Picardo are all set to appear in "Shadows of Evil," the next entry in the now well-established co-op spinoff.

The mode is going to be based in a 1940s film-noir setting, and it'll introduce four new characters - The Magician, The Femme-Fatale, The Cop and The Boxer - who'll have to survive an experience masterminded by the Shadow Man.

Treyarch's Mark Lamia said that the studio has "crafted a totally unique and face-melting gameplay experience for our loyal Zombies community, with Call of Duty: Black Ops III: Zombies - Shadows of Evil.

"The development team has packed Shadows of Evil with more gameplay and fun than any other experience before it and has an appropriately twisted and deep narrative, performed by fantastic acting talent, that will keep our fans spinning."

In other Call of Duty news; if you want the chance to appear in Black Ops 3, then head this way. Activision are promising to match every dollar raised for charity (up to $1million), with those who pay $10 or more in with a chance of visiting Treyarch and playing the part of an undead character in the new Zombies mode.

Treyarch also confirmed a remake for the Der Riese zombie map, this time to be called The Giant (it'll be included in the Hardened, Digital, and the Juggernog editions of the game). The voice talent from the original - Fred Tatasciore, Tom Kane, Steve Blum and Nolan North - will reprise their respective roles.

Black Ops 3 is heading to PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on November 6. You can read more about it in our recent preview by heading this way.
