After first announcing that the DLC - Minerva's Den and Protector Trials, and patch, would not be released for the PC-version of Bioshock 2, 2K Games have received complaints from players. But now they have announced that the development is back on track.

"Not to keep you in suspense any longer, I'll sum it up with one sentence: We have resumed development on all three and they will be coming to PC," 2K Games writes on their website.

Protector Trials will be a free download in December and Minerva's Den has yet to be given a release date. Good news, everybody!
