Funcom had invited the press in to a big press event today at their offices in Norway, and information leaked out that the developer pinned April 24 as the release date for The Secret World. However, Funcom have now clarified that this is just a preliminary and unofficial date, but that the release is still set for April. In other words, don't write it down in your calendar just yet.
