While we are still awaiting the first official word on the rumoured reinvention of Syndicate from Swedish Starbreeze Studios, another Swedish game developer, Fredrik Wester of Paradox Interactive isn't quite as shy and told Kotaku in a recent interview: "more of a like a GTA wannabe than it's like the original game."
Wester instead wants Paradox to make their "own riff" on Syndicate although there is no game design in place yet so basically he's taking a page out of the Peter Molyneux book of speaking way too early to the press. Knowing "Fred" he simply cannot help himself...
Speaking of project not announced, but more substantial, Wester estimated that a XBLA version of Magicka would be ready early in 2012.
