Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty sold a million copies in the first 24 hours, the day after that it sold another 500 000 copies. And in the US the game sold a whooping 721 000 copies during the last month. And since the game was released on July 27, it managed to outsell everything else during five days. That's quite impressive, but not very surprising...
