As with a lot of games this week, Pro Evolution Soccer 2018 has received a trailer from Gamescom, but that's not all, as Konami has also revealed some more details on the demo for the game, which is coming on August 30 to PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One, giving fans a taste of the full game that will launch on September 14.

The demo is offline only, unlike the beta we got not too long ago, and allows players to participate in exhibition and co-op modes on the PS4 and Xbox One versions, with two stadiums to choose from - Camp Nou and Signal Iduna Park. In regards to teams, there will be Liverpool, Barcelona, Borussia Dortmund, Inter Milan, Corinthians, Flamengo, Boca Juniors, River Plate, and Colo-Colo to choose from, as well as national teams Brazil, Argentina, and Germany.

If you're at Gamescom is may well be worth visiting the PES stand in Hall 6 as well, as Borussia Dortmund's Marco Reus and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will be playing the demo version in person, with legendary Dortmund player Norbert Dickel and sports personality Marco Hageman also providing commentary for the match, starting at 15:00 CEST (14:00 BST).

Although the demo isn't available on PC, the full game will launch on Steam in September, a version that "has undergone substantial improvements in terms of aesthetics and content, ensuring the game enjoys parity with the current gen formats," according to the press release. For now, though, feel free to watch the trailer down below, as well as our exclusive ultra resolution screenshots on PC. Will you be testing out the game via this demo?
