World of Warcraft: Cataclysm has gone from its alpha stages into closed beta, Blizzard announced today. Testers will be chosen from the people who opted-in through their Battle.net accounts, so I guess a lot of you will sit and frantically check your mailboxes today. Do make sure to not willy-nilly click any links you get, though - the scammers want your gold, your gear and your first-born sons and would love to capitalize on peoples' hopes! So beware.
