Behind this very clever headline there are actually two pieces of news... firstly Ubisoft have decided not to go ahead and make a game based on the popular TV series Heroes and the rights have been returned to NBC Universal. Considering how Ubisoft fared with the videogame based on Lost this comes as no big surprise.

The other piece of news is that IGN are reporting that Ubisoft might be publishing No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle in the US and not Marvelous US arm - Xseed. Ubisoft published the first game, but was critised for lack of marketing. No More Heroes still managed to sell a fair amount of copies in the US.
