Changes made to Guild War 2: Heart of Thorns

The cost of elite specialisations cut almost in half.
Tor Erik Dahl 28 October 2015

Since the release of Heart of Thorns, the huge expansion for Guild Wars 2, last week, developer ArenaNet has had time to make some changes. In a recent blog post on the game's official website, they're going through the changes that have already been done.

While calling it the smoothest launch in Guild Wars' history, they've listened to feedback from the players and have reduced the cost of elite specialisations from 400 hero points to 250. Players were given immediate access to these specialisations in the beta for Heart of Thorns, and they got somewhat disappointed when they had to work for them when the expansion launched.
