Rebellion happy with AvP reviews

"Critical success...achieved"
Petter Mårtensson 23 February 2010

Here's my critical acclaim, you b****!

Despite Aliens vs. Predator only holding a 66% Metacritic average, Rebellion CEO Jason Kingsley has told Develop that they think the game has done well review wise. "We wanted Aliens vs. Predator to be a critical success as well as a commercial success, which we think we have achieved," he said, while adding that they've had "three totally s*** reviews by some Americans, which is a bit odd. Some of them were inexcusably bad."

Despite the not really glowing critical reception of Aliens vs. Predator, Kingsley do have a reason to feel good about the game since it placed itself on the number one spot of the UK charts. Our reviewer gave it a 6/10 in the written review, with a video review in the making.'
