Mike Holmes 5 November 2013

4A Games and Deep Silver have confirmed that their post-apocalyptic FPS, Metro: Last Light, is now available to download via Linux, while SteamOS and Steam Controller support is also promised for the future. The 300 lucky souls who get a prototype Steam Machine will also get a copy of the game. Last Light is also now available from the Mac App Store.

"We are excited by the prospect of bringing the ultimate Metro experience, powered by next-gen PC hardware into the living room," said 4A Games' Oles Shishkovstov. "Metro: Last Light will be a great showcase for Steam OS and the Steam Controller."
