The iOS version of Rock Band, still available for purchase without any warning on the UK AppStore, is being discontinued on May 31. From that date and onwards you won't be able to play the game any more or access any of the DLC you may have purchased. This is being reported on the official forums.
EA have made no official comments on the matter at this point, but they will no doubt face a bunch of unhappy consumers come June 1.
