Steam has revealed its best-selling games for 2018 as far as overall revenue amassed (this includes sales of the full game, any DLC or microtransactions within the game). As per usual some of the best earners are quite old by now, but some of 2018's big releases on the platform including Far Cry 5, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, and Monster Hunter: World also made the top bracket (platinum), while Jurassic World Evolution, and Kingdom Come: Deliverance made the second bracket (gold).
Ubisoft was a particularly successful publisher and on top of Far Cry 5 and Assassin's Creed Odyssey, they also had Rainbow Six: Siege in the platinum category and Assassin's Creed Origins in the gold one.
Apart from the perhaps more expected titles, we note that Warframe, Rocket League, and The Elder Scrolls Online are among the top earners.
