The next Overwatch update was supposed to land September 6, but plans have changed. It's already available on PC and Xbox One, with the PS4 version ready to go in a matter of hours at the time of writing.
This means that the second season of Competitive Play has started, and with it a lot of changes. As if that wasn't enough it also includes the new Eichenwalde, which we had a lot of fun with when we played it last week.
Then there's the expected hero balance changes, the biggest of which are nerfs of Genji and Zenyatta and buffs Mercy and Mei. Other heroes have also gotten minor tweaks, so it'll be interesting to see how this affects the matches.
