Bad news for all those who use Torbjörn in Overwatch's console version, the fun defense-focused character. Following numerous controversies that arose in a thread on Reddit, where players said "Torbjörn is utterly ruining the game on PS4", Overwatch's game director, Jeff Kaplan, intervened announcing that the character will be nerfed:

"In an upcoming patch, we will reduce the damage done by Torbjörn's turret by 30% on Xbox One and PS4. PC will remain unchanged."

In addition, as reported in the thread, the changes to the character are scheduled for "mid-July", but without specifying a precise launch date for the patch, as the exact timing will depend on certification processes from Sony and Microsoft. We will keep you updated.
