It's been a long dispute but it's finally come to a close. As we're sure you remember, celebrity Lindsey Lohan filed a lawsuit against Rockstar for using her likeness in Grand Theft Auto V without her permission.
Lohan claimed that the character Lacey Jonas, an anorexic actress who asks the player to help her get away from the paparazzi, was based on her. Additionally, later she said that a bikini-clad woman used in the game's promo materials was also based on her.
Now the case has been closed in Rockstar's favour as they didn't use her name, portrait or photograph. And that, our friends, is the way the cookie crumbles.
