Yesterday evening, Sony announced that they will be having a multiplayer beta for Killzone 3 that is set to kick off on October 25. It will only be available for Playstation Plus members, but it's still limited to 10 000 spots. The way to get in is by downloading a special Killzone 3-theme from PSN, that will be released on October 14. If you do and are one of the first 5000 from either the US or Europe you'll be accepted and just have to wait for a mail with all the details.
