Is this what Dirt 3 will look like?

Codemasters hope so, at least

Codemasters have released five new pictures from Dirt 3, but they are not any real screenshots - they are called "visual targets", which means they represent the graphics that the developers hope they will be able achieve in the game. Usually we call pictures like this "concept art", but "visual target" sounds kinda nice too!

So what do you think? Achievable or just a dream?
