Did Rockstar tease release in the trailer?

If you look at the bottom right of the screen, below the "For Sale" sign, you'll notice the numbers 2405 clearly etched on the curb.

Rockstar might have already confirmed the release date for Grand Theft Auto V - in very subtle fashion via the game's announcement trailer.

24.05. 24th of the 5th - May 24th.

The time frame is consistent with previous Rockstar releases. Grand Theft Auto IV was released April 29th 2008, and its two DLC packs, Ballad of Gay Tony and Lost and Damned were released (at retail) in April 2010. Red Dead Redemption was released May 2010, L.A Noire May 2011.

Grand Theft Auto V hitting shelves May 24th then? Who's willing to bet on it?
