I just received an e-mail from a certain "mrblack" containing the image below. It would suggest that Take Two would be showcasing Grand Theft Auto V: Vice at E3 in a couple of weeks. Big news. But I can't help but feel somewhat sceptical. First of all, why would anyone who got their hands on the list take a photo of a computer screen? Second why would the list be in an image file (rather than say a pdf file, or a word document). And thirdly, when Rockstar have shown stuff at E3 (not very often) they have done so under their own banner and not under the Take Two banner. I would also imagine that it is far more likely that the inevitable Grand Theft Auto V would be revealed at either the Microsoft or Sony press conference or at a completely separate event orchestrated by Rockstar.
To put it frankly a new GTA is too big to be shown for first time at the actual E3 expo. But nice try, "mrblack"! It should be noted that while this would appear to be fake, I would not count out the possibility of a GTA V announcement during E3 week. In fact, I would be surprised if Rockstar didn't announce a new GTA fairly soon.
