We caught up with Dan Pearce (AKA GameDesignDan), the creator of 10 Second Ninja, and found out a bit more about the challenging platformer.
During the interview Pearce explained that he normally prefers to make different types of games, and doesn't usually play these kind of hardcore platform games himself, but that getting out of his comfort zone actually allowed him to be more objective while creating 10 Second Ninja.
We also wondered whether there were any plans to port the game onto other platforms, highlighting the quick bursts of gameplay as a potentially ideal fit for the PS Vita.
"We're thinking about that a little bit," Pearce told us. "The game's built in GameMaker, which made by Yoyo Games, and they've been talking a lot with Sony recently about getting that engine on Vita. We've actually, at GDC a while back, we had a build of it running on PS4 and PS Vita. So, while we aren't announcing anything official yet, just because we want to make sure that we can use the tech ourselves and make sure we know it works, it is something we would like to do and it is something that is looking more possible now."
Now, watch on for the shortest interview in Gamereactor history.
