Nintendo ran one of their Nintendo Direct shows late last night, dedicated entirely to the upcoming Bayonetta 2, and as you'd expect, they had a couple of concrete announcements.
First of all, the game got an official European release date, October 24th - the same day as the game releases in the US.
Furthermore, Nintendo unveiled a Europe-only special edition of the game, titled the First Print Edition. Strictly limited to 15,300 copies, the First Print Edition includes Bayonetta and Bayonetta 2, as well as an exclusive art book, clad in a specially designed box.
There's also a more regular Special Edition including both games but none of the extra stuff, and the plain vanilla Souls Edition, which is Bayonetta 2 in a standard retail box.
