Banjo-Kazooie are joining the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate cast

The fan favourite is finally making its way to the Nintendo brawler later this year.

Nintendo and Rare have finally collaborated to add the iconic duo Banjo & Kazooie to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate's all-star line-up.

Similar to Duck Hunt Dog and Ice Climbers, Banjo & Kazooie enter the game as a single playable character. Kazooie will allow the pair an extended amount of air time by flapping, as well as the ability to shoot projectiles at opponents.

The reveal footage shows off more of the duo's abilities in combat, as the characters brawl across a stage from the Banjo-Kazooie games, including Gruntilda's Lair from the classic N64 originals.

Banjo Kazooie and their new stage will be making their way to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate this autumn. Check it out below.
