GTA V PC evidence mounting

Bug report that lists PC development issues taken down.
Mike Holmes 20 January 2014

More evidence of a possible PC port of Grand Theft Auto V has surfaced, via a 150-page bug log detailing issues relating to multiple builds of the game, with a PC version mentioned in the document as far back as 2012.

The document lists over 170 PC development issues, including notes on DX11 support and bugs regarding 64-bit system testing.

According to the report on PC Gamer the report was leaked in September, but became more prominent after it was posted on a public Google Drive. However, it's not there anymore, so we've only got a few screen grabs by way of enduring proof, but that hasn't stopped speculation building.

There's an incredible amount of interest in a potential PC port of the game. So far just shy of 660,000 gamers have scribbled their digital signatures on an online petition to see GTAV make it over to the platform.

Still, there's no official word from Rockstar on whether their best-selling game will make the transition to PC, now or in the future. We're also waiting to hear if GTAV might make the leap to Xbox One and PlayStation 4. We wait with baited breath on both counts.
