Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 launches for Switch 2 this autumn

A new co-op trailer also reveals Cold Iron Studios has listened to its community and will launch the game for Nintendo's latest piece of hardware.

On August 25, it's time to take on all kinds of Xenomorphs again, preferably alongside good friends, because that's when Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 launches. We've now received a new trailer for the game that focuses specifically on co-op, where we get to see just how frantic things can get when the universe's deadliest killers go on the hunt.

We get a sense of the action's setup, how we can cover for each other, catch a glimpse of a mini-boss, and take a closer look at the enemy flora. The video also ends with a very nice surprise, as it's revealed Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2 will also be coming to Switch 2 this autumn "by popular demand."
