Sony is believed to be readying a PS3 price drop, with the announcement happening at Gamescom in August.
According to trade gaming site MCV, trade insiders are reckoning a £199.99 RRP, with retailers dropping that further to £179.99, though it doesn't state where info has originated from, and Sony has responded with a "no comment" in regards to any expected drop.
