Controversial Director Takashi Miike, who's most recent work includes 13 Assassins, could be working on a movie adaptation of Capcom's successful Phoenix Wright courtroom series.
Movie website Total Film has quoted an interview with the director at Cannes by The Huffington Post as he discussed his latest projects.
"It is a very light comedy that I am filming now," he stated. "a court drama, based on a video game, the Nintendo game DS."
While he's not pressed on the title, it's unlikely to be anything else other than Phoenix Wright given even those vague specifics, though this is the first we've heard on such a movie adaptation.
