If you've played through the campaign of Star Wars Battlefront II, you'll be familiar with Iden Versio. Versio bravely fights for The Empire as an elite soldier when those pesky rebels once again threaten order in the galaxy by blowing up the second Death Star in Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi.

She has a fairly big role to play in the transition between the original trilogy and the new one and the storyline is considered canon. Now, however, Iden Versio is getting a life outside of the world of video games, as she is now included as one of the characters in the upcoming expansion for Fantasy Flight Games' hugely popular collectible card game Star Wars: Destiny.

The expansion is called Across the Galaxy and is released in November. On the official homepage for the game, she is described thus:

"During the Galactic Civil War, the Imperial Special Forces Commando Unit Inferno Squad struck fear into enemies of the Empire. Leading this elite squad of soldiers was Iden Versio, a former TIE fighter pilot in the Imperial Starfighter Corps. Iden is an expert commander, and for a time was fiercely dedicated to the ideals of Emperor Palpatine."

Here is how Iden Versio looks in Star Wars: Destiny.
