Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice wasn't the only surprise Dark Souls developer From Software dropped on us this E3. Tonight during Sony's Press Conference the Japanese studio also revealed an upcoming PSVR titled known as Déraciné and it's set to launch on the platform later this year.
The title seems to be a departure from the tough as nails RPGs the studio has been known for crafting and appears much more narratively-driven. The official description reads:
Déraciné is a brand new story adventure created by the renowned Bloodborne developer, FromSoftware, available exclusively on PSVR. As a spirit summoned by a young girl in a secluded boarding school, the player must prove its existence and build a unique bond with the students through clever interactions. As the mystery of the story unfolds, the spirit must use its ability to manipulate the forces of life and time to change the fate of the pupils.
A release date wasn't officially revealed, but we do know that Déraciné will be launching on the PSVR later this year.
