It was only recently that we reported that Rocket League now has reached 25 million players, and now Psyonix is preparing to conquer yet another target group: the kids. They have teamed up with Zag Toys to create a new line based on their popular concept Original Minis Pull-Back Racers, basically toy cars you pull back and release to make them drive away.

Later this spring, 12 of the cars from the game will be available and delivered with an actual Rocket Ball, plus a code that unlocks stuff in the game. Psyonix has an animated GIF on their homepage and writes:

"Octane, Dominus, Masamune, Hotshot, Grog, X-Devil, Merc, and Backfire will all be part of the new Original Minis line, along with four limited variants to round out the first dozen Racers. All the cars are part of a blind bag system, so try to collect them all!"
