Civilization user End Lancaster has provided a very thorough guide to the wonders of Civilization VI over on the Steam Community page, as there are many specific conditions for certain wonders, not just in terms of techs but also what tiles they can be built on and if they require something nearby.

Most of it kind of makes sense - needing a library nearby to build the Great Library, or stone to build Stonehenge, for example - but it's nice to see it all listed this neatly.

The guide also provides an overview of city specific bonuses. For instance, if you ever happen to build a city in the middle of a desert, you'll want to build Petra there.
