Grand Theft Auto 3, due out today on PSN, has been delayed due to a licensing agreement dispute.
The re-release, arriving in vanilla form - no HD upgrade, no Trophies - had been held back due to an "unforeseen complication", the official Playstation Blog stated. A new release date was yet to be given.
Staffer Morgan Haro clarified the issue in the news piece's comments section:
"There were some last minute issues with getting clearance for a certain audio track in the game; but the teams at Rockstar are on it to review how to best get this title on PSN."
