Thanks to the release of new expansion pack The Taken King, Destiny saw a monumental leap on the digital PlayStation charts for September. In fact, Destiny: The Taken King was the number one selling game in September both for PS4 and PS3, in both North America and Europe.

In other words, Destiny: The Taken King (released September 15th) came out on top of major games like Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain (released September 1st), and the guaranteed top seller FIFA 16 (released September 24th.) Not too shabby.
