Media Molecule's shown off new game Dreams at Sony's E3 conference.

It mightn't be right to call it a game. The somewhat abstract demo showed the studio's Alex Evans create a character using the PS4 joypad's motion sensor, then skipped to a trailer showcasing a variety of different scenes. A polar bear sliding in the snow, a pianist in a field, and a sci-fi racer.

The suggestion - and this speculation - is that players will use the game tools to create, well, anything, and share those creations with other players.

Expect more news about the game over the course of E3.
