On its latest dev blog, Blood Bowl creator Cyanide has revealed some details of the Kick-off events, randomised in-match modifiers that'll effect the play, and how they'll be a mix of events pooled from the original board game as well as some unique entries for the game.
The studio's drumming up 6 original events that'll play out during the game's Campaign mode (such as a helicopter crashing into the field during a match), as well as 11 sourced direct from the board game's rulebook, the its stated that these modifiers can be switched off when setting up a competition.
