Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will release worldwide on September 1st, according to a leaked reveal video.
In a video accidentally released early by IGN (and likely to pulled down soon) Hideo Kojima discusses the creation of the game, before going on to reveal the game's release date: September 1st this year.
There'd been speculation that tomorrow's announcement would detail the release date. Guess we're finding out a little earlier than expected.
