Along with the news this morning that Nintendo's embracing the digital age, the Japanese giant also let slip its E3 plans for Wii U.
President Satoru Iwata stated during the Financial Briefing that neither the final price point or global launch dates will be revealed until sometime after E3 (and we wonder if for the former it'll avoid leaving it up to the retailers like the 3DS).
But the console's software lineup will be detailed, as well as the "final format" of the machine - suggesting the Wii U's had some tinkering since last year's show. But is that work just cosmetic?
