After previously drawing criticism for allegedly shooting at an alligator during a livestream in late March, looksmaxxing influencer Braden "Clavicular" Peters has been charged in the state of Florida for unlawfully discharging a firearm.
As reported by BBC News, Clavicular was documented using a firearm while at a wildlife sanctuary in Florida on March 26, where he allegedly fired at an alligator in the swamp water from an airboat. In the state of Florida, using a firearm unlawfully and in a public place can lead to less than a year in prison and a fine of $1,000, which is exactly the grounds that Clavicular is being charged for.
It's unclear what the influencer will face in regards to these charges, as his lawyers are taking the stance that he was "following the instructions of a licensed airboat guide" and that "no animals or people were harmed".
The influencer may be in hot water all the same as he has displayed criminal behaviour as of recent, including at the start of March when he was arrested in south Florida on battery charges for encouraging a fight between two women and then proceeding to share it online with his audience. This situation saw YouTube ban two of his accounts.
