While the very nature of the Server Slam for Marathon was for Bungie to stress test the game and ensure it has a smooth full debut later this week, the influx of players testing the game also allows the Destiny 2 developer to gather feedback and additional thoughts to see how the community is resonating with the project.

To this end, now a full Server Slam feedback article has been shared, which comments on the areas that Bungie will be looking to improve and make changes, or simply keep an eye on over the coming launch weeks too.

For one, we can expect Bungie to keep tabs on the queue options, as players are expressing interest in a dedicated duo queue option. This is on top of being able to unbind keys altogether, as console players in particular want the option to remove inputs they don't need.

Beyond this, PvP and the low time-to-kill values are on Bungie's radar with an emphasis on how this reflects the gameplay experience on non-beginner maps. We can expect changes eventually to the med and ammo economy for the game too, as "meds are soaking a lot of your early loadout budget and that back-to-back fights can chew through your med and ammo reserves pretty quickly."

There are a lot of individuals who have varying thoughts on the user interface design for Marathon and regardless of whether you love it or hate it, Bungie wants your feedback so that it can "make sure that you're able to easily navigate, read what's happening mid-fight, manage your equipment effectively, and see your pings without any noise around them."

Lastly, expect tweaks to PC performance to make the game run better on the platform, plus adjustments to movement and heat generation, as fans are expressing interest in making the game flow better in a movement sense.
