It was only in uploading these latest screens from Ninja Gaiden Sigma, the PS Vita offshoot of the successful slash action series, that we finally worked out what was wrong with them.

You could fill a swimming pool with the amount of blood seen so far in Ninja Gaiden 3: yet there isn't a single drop of the red stuff (there's some green spurts from a cut demon, but that's all) seen in this latest batch.

The rouge may be missing for some family-friendly shots, but the weapons of mass cutting certainly are not: these showcase the vast aresenal that Ryu is carrying for his handheld appearance (the list of which can be seen after the screens).
