Lexus might be best known for its cars but the automotive manufacturer also has its foot in the door of other industries too. The nautical and boating space is an area that Lexus has been present for a while, and in an effort to further cement itself as a flagship yacht creator, Lexus has now lifted the curtain on the new iteration of the LY platform.
The LY680 is the evolution of the LY650 and as for how it differs from its predecessor, we're told that it will offer an extended flybridge that now includes a lounge sofa and a barbeque grill, as well as a bigger swimming platform that offers space for more kinds of personal watercraft.
There's not a lot of other differences mentioned, and likewise Lexus has yet to actually share information on the price of this updated yacht, but we are told that it is taking orders, meaning you might see one on the water relatively soon.
