The Geneva International Motor Show is a wonderful place to get a glimpse into the future of the automobile industry. As tech companies use CES to flaunt and show off concept projects and future ideas, car companies use the Motor Show the same way. Which is why it's not exactly surprising to see that the Italian Pininfarina has shown off a new concept car that seems to use all the futuristic keywords you can imagine.

Known as the Pininfarina Enigma GT, this car comes with a hydrogen-powered 2.5-litre V6 turbo engine that claims to be able to produce 435 bhp on just the car's rear axle. The front axle is powered by a 200 bhp electric motor from a 10 kW battery, meaning this car is one of the first all-wheel-drive, hydrogen-electric hybrid models.

It also comes with a windscreen that doubles as an OLED dashboard that uses AI elements to give the driver assistance. This windscreen/dashboard is also the car's door, as instead of having gullwings, for example, the entire front of the car lifts up to allow the driver and passenger to exit.

The Enigma GT also has a slate of aero elements and parts that are designed to make the car more efficient, and it has a chassis that looks like something you'd find in Night City. Needless to say, this is one of the first concept cars that seems to really embody the idea of the future.

Thanks, Auto Express.
