Aston Martin announced recently that it would be presenting the next iteration of the Vantage sports car at the same event where it unveiled its next Formula 1 race car. That was this morning, which means we now know what the future holds for the Vantage model.

Aston Martin states that the new Vantage is "engineered for real drivers" and that it's an "unadulterated celebration of pure performance, technically crafted to deliver maximum thrills with maximum confidence".

The new Vantage features a maximum top speed of 202 mph, as well as a 0-60 mph acceleration of 3.4 seconds. It's powered by a 4.0 litre V8 twin turbo engine that clocks at 665PS/800Nm, all while boasting a 50:50 weight distribution across its chassis. This new Vantage also brings a few new appearance changes, including new headlamp designs and additional cooling intakes across the body, and it will be debuting in 21 unique colours with a variety of interior options to boot that accommodate the 10.25-inch touchscreen, multi-screen infotainment system.

Production of the new Vantage is slated to start in Q1 of 2024, with deliveries planned from Q2.

This new Vantage was also unveiled alongside a new GT3 model of the car, as well as the AMR24, which will be competing in F1 when the season starts at the end of this month.
