Vauxhall has decided to take on the challenge of making car enthusiasts and fans actually like the Frontera model. Following the original model being discontinued 20 years ago for a multitude of reasons (including that people just didn't really like it), the car manufacturer has announced that it will be making a comeback and this time as an electric vehicle.

The Frontera EV SUV will be shown off first this year. It's said to be a "fun car with clever functional features." It will also boast lots of space and is framed towards families and those who have an active lifestyle.

There's no exact date mentioned as to when the Frontera will be presented, but we are told that with its arrival, Vauxhall will offer an EV variant for each of its car and van models. Check out the teaser for the Frontera below and expect to see additional images and information about the car in the coming weeks.
